Annabelle has had a successful acting career since her days at Godalming. She has appeared regularly on TV and in film including appearances in About a Boy, Goodnight Mr Tom and Coronation Street.

Ryan is a more recent student of Godalming College and made his first small screen appearance in Heartbeat
Ben Elton »
Ben Elton attended Godalming when it was a grammar school. He first came to attention as a comedian with his own shows on TV but has gone on to write for screen, stage and film with phenomenal success. He has also written a series of very successful novels.
Gabrielle Glaister »
A contemporary of Ben Elton, Gabrielle has appeared in his Blackadder series and, like Annabelle, has also appeared in Coronation Street (among her many other film and TV roles).
Victoria Hamilton »
Victoria has had a very successful stage and TV career, nominated for a Tony award for her performance alongside Eddie Izzard in The Life and Death of Joe Egg in the West End. More recently she has been seen as Queen Victoria in Victoria and Albert and opposite Martin Clunes in Goodbye Mr Chips.
Rufus enjoys a career as a comedian and media personality. He hosts Radio 4’s “My Teenage Diary”, took over from Anne Robinson to present the final series of ‘OutTake TV’ for BBC1 and captained the Blue Team for three series of Dave’s ‘Argumental’.

Ingrid has appeared on TV and film in many parts but is perhaps best remembered for her role as Helen Cooper in Drop the Dead Donkey.
Stephanie Merritt »
Stephanie Merritt is a writer and critic for the Observer newspaper and has recently had two novels of her own published, Gaveston and Real.
Simon Shaw »
Simon Shaw has had a very successful career in rugby. Currently playing for Wasps and England, he received an MBE for his place in the World Cup winners squad and has also been a member of the British Lions team.
