Travelling to College
Godalming College encourages students to use alternative modes of travel and is working with local transport operators to give students more convenient access to services. By doing this we also aim to reduce the amount of traf c to promote a greener environment.
Travel subsidies
Students living in Surrey and aged 16-18 can purchase an annual student fare card, this offers reduced fares on train and/or bus travel for journeys to and from college, visit transport
Travelling by bus
Stagecoach operates a Unirider bus service for Godalming College.

Travel by train
The College is within walking distance of Godalming train station, which is on the main Waterloo to Portsmouth line. Full time students can save 1/3 on off peak train fares, nationally, by purchasing an annual railcard, visit . Travelling from Farnham, Hindhead, Peters eld, Liphook and Haslemere
College buses operate from the Farnham, Hindhead, Peters eld, Liphook and Haslemere areas. For information on cost, bus routes and timings visit
The College has 220 spaces available for student parking on-site. Priority for permits is given to those students who:
• Live more than 1 1⁄2 miles from the College
• More than 1 1⁄2 miles from a railway station
• Are committed car sharers or who have a disability/medical condition
Only safe drivers will be allowed on the campus. In order to park you must register your car details with College security.
Motorbike and moped spaces are provided and cycle racks are available.
Disabled parking bays can be found at the main entrance to the College and the campus is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
