The NHS is the largest employer in the UK, with 1.5 million working across a range of its services. On this course you will look at the history of the NHS and why it came about. You'll understand the pressures on the NHS and the impact of an ageing population and Covid has had on the NHS. You will explore the future of the NHS and what new initiatives/technologies are being used. In this course you will also explore the many roles within the NHS and look at the routes into Healthcare.
