Results Days 2022

 

 

 

 

A Level /Level 3 BTEC/EPQ - 18th August 2022

GCSE/Level 2 BTEC/HPQ - 25th August 2022

To get your results you can login into your SELF page and click on the ‘Exam Results’ tab at the top of the page via Godalming Online from home.  Results will be available from 8.00am. You will need to have your College login number and your password.  Please contact itsupport@godalming.ac.uk if you have any issues logging on.   
Students should regularly check their College emails for further communications from the Exams Office.  It is important to clear your inboxes of any emails as a full mailbox means you will not receive the communication.
 
POST-RESULTS SERVICE
The College will be running its Post-Results Service via appointment only. As part of our Post-Results Service, you will be able to speak with a member of our Careers Team or a Senior Member of staff.
  • Thursday 18th August: PRIORITY URGENT CASES ONLY (8.15am-3.00pm) – For those students who have missed out on the conditions of the university/higher education firm offer for 2022 start.
  • From Friday 19th August to Tuesday 23rd August (9.00am-3.00pm) – General advice/queries regarding your results.
  • Thursday 25th August (8.15am-3.00pm) for GCSE/Level 2 BTEC results queries/advice.

In order to access this service we ask that you contact us via e-mail in order to arrange a meeting with a member of the Post-Results Team using the following address: postresults@godalming.ac.uk.  You can also call the College on 01483 423526, but you will receive a faster response by emailing above as we will allocate bookings in order of emails received.  A member of staff will then be in contact to arrange a time to speak with you. This will enable us to provide the most efficient and effective service for you.  Please note, if you make the decision to turn up in person without an appointment, it may take longer to provide you with assistance.

Exam Certificates:

Please note the confirmation of all your hard work and endeavour (ie your certificates) will be posted to you in late November/Early December.  This is proof of your confirmed final grades to show any future educational establishment/employer so it is imperative you recieve them. We do not have copies for you should you lose them at a later date (so please keep them very safe). The exams boards charge a large fee to search their data for you and provide any form of copy if you loes them in the year to come. Please ensure we have a correct postal address - check your 'SELF' page now (you may have moved since enrolment but didn't tell us or you might be moving soon). Please email exam@godalming.ac.uk from your student email if you need to change your details.   

We use Royal Mail 'signed for' to send your certificates but if you are out they should leave a notification card advising you where and by when you should collect them.

University Admissions Tests

Have you studied at Godalming College and left this summer? 

If you are now hoping to attend a university that requests you sit an ‘Admissions test’, you might be able to take it through us.
