The College Community

There is a strong sense of community at Godalming College. Students make new friends quickly and there is a lively friendly feel to campus life. This is reinforced by the + Enrichment offer, which provides opportunities to be active, to explore new opportunities or study for additional qualifications.

In a survey at the end of the academic year students were overwhelmingly positive about their experience at Godalming. Students feel strongly that they are part of a caring and committed community and that this is a key factor in helping them to flourish.

As the newly elected President of our Student Union, I’m thrilled to introduce you to the vibrant and dynamic community here. At Godalming, we understand that the transition from school to College can be both exciting and potentially daunting; an incredible opportunity for individuals to flourish. I firmly believe Godalming is the best Sixth Form College in the local area, due to our commitment to excellence in education, combined with the unwavering support for student success, setting us apart from the rest.

Over the course of two years, you’ll find yourself fully immersed in a wholly supportive environment that nurtures your ambitions and encourages you to reach new heights. The dedicated staff are incredibly passionate about helping you achieve your goals, both academically and personally.
