Information for applicants on the waiting list

This year we have received a record number of applications for entry in September 2026. We have therefore had to enact our oversubscription procedure, as outlined in our Admissions Policy (below).  As a result, much to our disappointment, we are not able to progress all the applications we have received.

If you have had an email from us advising that we are unable to progress your application, we will hold your application on a waiting list and we will get in touch with you if anything changes.  Any contact we make is likely to come after GCSE results day and our enrolment process, when we will have greater certainty of our student numbers.  In the meantime, we do recommend that you secure a place at an alternative post-16 provider.
