This short 9-week course is a great introduction to what it is like to be a forensic scientist, it gives students the opportunity to understand what this job role entails. Students will look at a murder scene and using forensic evidence discover who killed the victim. They will be covering DNA fingerprinting, fibre and pollen analysis, how to work out when a victim died, fingerprinting and poisons.

This course will provide students with the knowledge and experience to support them as they develop their future plans beyond Godalming College.
