I chose to take business because I thought that it would be useful for my future careers as well as in general life, specifically topics such as personal finance. During the two years that I was studying business BTEC I have really enjoyed the coursework aspects as they are very interesting. This course has also helped me to learn about time management as the coursework we are set has strict deadlines which often occur in the working world. The teachers on this course are all amazing and are more than happy to help you if you need it and provide more than enough support.
During my time at Godalming, I have really enjoyed getting to know all the different people that go here and as everyone is very friendly it is very easy to do so. College has also really helped me to learn how to manage myself in my 50/50 learning. The college is also very supportive in this offering many different support systems such as the student wellbeing department and extra workshops that happen at lunchtime if you are needing help on a specific subject or have questions that you would like to be answered.
